Summer Vibes

I’m so ready to usher in Memorial Day Weekend! Are you? Today I spent the day at the beach with the kids and it was dreamy. The temps finally climbed way up. Enough so that after putting on some makeup it felt like it would melt right off.

The water was still way too cold for me, apparently that didn’t stop others because there were plenty of people swimming, but if you hid under the umbrella (like I did) you could still feel the chill in the air.

But the sun. The sun was magnificently bright and man did it feel so good on my skin! And the water, although ice cold, was crystal clear and absolutely stunning. It was worth every toe I dipped.
