Just when we thought it was over and bam, we get hit with another layer of snow! I didn’t think it would bring so much snow so soon. The forecasters certainly didn’t think so. I however loved it! When it’s cold, dreary and the daylight hours short, it might as well snow everyday!
I love a good coat and I prefer to pack on light layers. I avoid putting on too many pieces or thick items that make me feel bulky. I’m also a fan of vests, but again, only the light ones, not the puffy kind. I wear them most during the fall season as the first layer when the temps begin to drop. As the winter season approaches I look for function with a splash of style. A cozy toggle coat layered with a nice light vest and a tissue turtleneck is a great start for a successful layered look.
