Burberry Goddess vs. Dossier Fruity Vanilla: Is It Really a Dupe?
I don’t throw around the term 1:1 dupe very often. Most fragrances inspired by a designer scent get close, but there’s usually something missing. Maybe the opening is different, the dry down changes, or the overall feeling just isn’t quite the same.
But Dossier Fruity Vanilla genuinely surprised me!
Side by side with Burberry Goddess, I found them to be incredibly similar from the first spray all the way through the dry down. Both deliver that beautiful, creamy vanilla profile with a soft lavender touch and a smooth warmth that makes Goddess so easy to love.
If someone handed me a blotter strip of each without telling me which was which, I’m honestly not sure I’d be able to confidently pick the original.
If you’ve been curious about Burberry Goddess but don’t want to spend designer prices, Dossier Fruity Vanilla is one of the closest dupes I’ve come across.
My verdict? A true 1:1 in my book.
