So how fun and cute is this smocked-floral-ruffle midi-dress? That was a mouthful, lol. When I came across this smocked midi dress I immediately thought of the Hill House Nap dresses that are currently trending on high. When you make the comparison you soon realize there really isn’t justification for spending more on a designer item when you can get a similar one for much, much less.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not necessarily a penny pincher but I do like a good buy when I can find one. And although the two dresses aren’t identical, they’re certainly very similar in style, versatility, and both are fabulous for the season. My Old Navy dress is just $47 compared to Hill House at $225! And unless you mention it, you wouldn’t know the price difference. I also bought the blue striped dress and you can find the Hill House version and now I’m going back for the lovely white eyelet dress!
