I’m so excited to share with you today one of my all-time favorite eating establishments! Even though our state has pretty much reopened in its entirety and our lives are slowly getting back to some normalcy, takeout remains the new eating out.

National Lobster Day came and went, (06-15), but we’re still a HUGE fan of Bartaco’s Lobster Taco. Who doesn’t love this perfect menu item during the warm summer days? This secret taco is bringing all the fresh, coastal flavors that transport your taste buds to sunny days spent by the beach. Delicate lobster meat is poached with warm lemon, brown butter and served on top of a bed of nutty, sweet hominy garnished with cilantro, yum!
