Just a few days ago it was cold and raining. The next day we get sun and warm temps reaching 65°+, I’ll take it! I previously mentioned that I had a few spring outfits that I’ve been wanting to wear and show you but since the Coronavirus outbreak it’s been a little strange to get out for shoots. But as luck would have it, the weather was great and I decided to drive down to a local shopping spot. Obviously no one was around and as it turns out it was the perfect time to do photos without he usual people staring or interrupting.
I’m compelled to sometimes include not-so-perfect shots because I think it makes it that much more real for you guys. The wind was playing with my hair and this is the result of a candid moment. Believe me when I say we take a gazillion shots before deciding on just a few good ones. 😆
I love everything about this dress. The colors, the stripes, the length. It’s airy light with a relaxed yet pulled together feel. I love finding items that can do multiple seasons and this dress can easily transition from spring to summer. My only gripe, as is with just about anything I put on that requires buttoning up, is the obvious little tug on the chest area.
Also, this is the perfect time of year to grab your denim jackets. I have the traditional blue and this white one. I can interchange them with different outfits and they really do a great job at finishing off a look. A stylish denim jacket can also ward off any slight chill still in the air while finishing your spring/summer look!
