Sleeveless in CT

Happy first day of autumn!

Here we are friends the beginning of what will be several long cold months. But I’m not quite ready for that yet. The thing about New England weather is that the time of change from one season to the next is always extreme. These photos were taken four days ago and the temperatures were in the mid 80s. Today the autumn season begins and while it’s still gorgeous out the temps are definitely not as high.

Hence the sleeveless dress. I love anything sleeveless, as seen here, here and here. The best thing is that you can simply drape something over if the need arises. This type of dress can easily transition deep into the fall season. Just add a sweet cashmere cardigan or long sweater and boots and you’re good to go.
