Hello friends! It’s time for outdoor entertaining and dining al fresco. heart of haiti lanternI love to entertain and I love it even more during the summer months. Dining al fresco is one of my favorite things to do and today I’d like to share with you a beautiful little addition to my outdoor table.

When Macy’s extended an invitation to participate in their campaign to bring awareness and support to Haiti’s local artisans and their families I just couldn’t refuse.

These beautiful decorative Sunflower Lanterns are hand-crafted from recycled steel barrels. Each is signed by the artist and no two are exactly alike. This lantern is so lovely! I love how this art is created… I got a chance to see how they make it at an international folk art festival and it was amazing!
