As with most of the recipes I post, this one is simple and easy. The ingredients are readily available in most grocers and may already be in your pantry. For this black bean salad I prefer to use large Caribbean or South American avocados as opposed to the smaller counterparts (haas). The larger ones are incredibly juicy and tasty. Personally, I think haas avocados are a hybrid and they don’t even come close to the flavor the bigger ones deliver, trust me on this. I know what I’m talking about, I grew up eating them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
