#CelebrateInStyle Fashion Recap

Whenever I get a chance to visit NYC I scream with excitement. Let alone a visit for the #CelebrateInStyle event with a view!

I was beyond excited to attend last week’s InStyle Magazine’s #CelebrateInStyle season preview. With many guests and reps and sponsors from the fashion industry to talk to and mingle with, we were presented with a heavy dose of fashion and beauty tips and tech trends for the holidays. There were many beautiful things to look at, to try on, to taste and to drink. But I won’t bore you with all the details, instead, I’ll just show you some of my fabulous night’s highlights with Instyle and a peek of what’s coming… #rosadianaNYC#celebrateinstyleNYC1We were greeted with some fabulous vegetarian hors d’oeuvres from Gardein. I must admit, I never knew how tasty vegetarian dishes can actually be! The selection of food is pretty intense and you will certainly not be missing out on flavor!
#NYCGARDEIN1NYC13NYC7NYC8No #shoelover can ever go without DSW! As always, they’re bringing out the best of footwear! And me gravitating towards all things blingy and animal prints…NYC10#shoeloverOf course a party is not a party if you don’t have SkinnyGirl cocktail mixers and the new SkinnyGirlDaily on hand! Always party responsibly and drink and eat like a lady.NYC9This was probably the highlight of my night! How can a girl possibly choose from all these beautiful shades of red lipstick! Elizabeth Arden‘s new makeup collection was beyond! And I was so excited about their new scent, Red Door 25, to celebrate 25 years of the original Red Door. NYC12As any good fashionista knows, you can’t walk out the door without first having fabulous luxurious skin. Jergens’ new BB Body Perfecting Skin Cream hydrates and illuminates! I love how my arms and legs look after applying it. Certainly my go-to lotion from here on!NYC11I was half hoping to walk away with this pretty little accessory… Bye bye to the boyfriend watch! Bulova has made a mark with new smaller, feminine and jeweled watches and all with a much more affordable tag. Totally crushing on this one!#bulovawatchNYCOne of the great things about previews is that you get a chance to see first hand some of the great items coming out, and the fact that you walk away with samples is just as fun! Vigoss jeans, #vigossXInstyle, are all the rave and their selection is just as impressive.#CELEBRATEINSTYLE4#CELEBRATEINSTYLE9Another highlight of my evening. Not particularly fond of whites or roses’, but after just one taste of this Brancott Estate Flight Song SBlanc, I was sold! Smooth, slightly fruity and flavorful, this will be a frequent guest in my bar cart!#brancottflightsongMy fellow CT bloggers, Wendy from CTLifestyle and Kallie of But First Coffee waiting for the show to begin! NYC6And a party wouldn’t be complete without some sweets! “Sweet happiness. Delivered.” What a fantastic idea from Sugarwish,  to brighten anyone’s day. These sugar treats were so yummy!#NYCSUGARWISH#rosadianaNYC1#rosadiana#celebrateinstyleNYC(Dress, on sale now!, ATLoft | Necklace, J. Crew | Heels, Aldo | Bag, Louis Vuitton)

To say the least, my NYC night was a blast. It’s every fashion blogger’s goal to meet up with some from the industry’s representatives. I learned a lot, saw a lot and mingled a lot!

Not pictured but equally impressive:

  • TagSpire, a brand new fun social commerce network. The goal is to help fashionistas get the word out on their latest style trends by posting and tagging via pics or video. Needless to say, it was very informative.
  • Etienne Aigner They are completely reinventing their signature style with absolutely gorgeous new looks! I’m so mad at myself for not taking good photos of their new pieces! Definitely one to watch for in the coming weeks.
  • Silk’n Solution Great gadgets for salon quality results with at-home treatments!
  • Sears Style The mega chain has created a redesigned fashion look with #TheNewMetaphor Collection. Tweeds, faux leather, lace and lots of red for the holidays!
  • The Glass Houses By far, one of the most impressive venues I’ve visited!

And I must say that the evening wouldn’t have been nearly as fun if not for the great company. Thank you to Wendy for sharing this fabulous evening with me and Kallie and Greg for being such a great sport!

I hope you’ve all enjoyed my recap of this fashion blogger’s night out. I also have other great and exciting events on the works to share with you as well, so stay tuned!

Thank you for stopping by and being my guests! Much love and kisses!
