In my never ending search for great chicken recipes I recently came across this one from Williams Sonoma. The original called for a slow cooking process but I decided to do it over the stovetop and paired it with roasted tomatoes and my sour cream mashed potatoes instead.
How do you prefer to make your chicken, slow cooked or stove top? I’m ok with both techniques but if I’m in a rush obviously I prefer the latter. The outcome is still fantastic and could rival any slow cooking recipe! This will certainly make a great meal for any day of the week.
