Summer Blues

And so it begins, the summer blues…

Not to sound like Debbie Downer, like my husband would put it, but it just dawned on me how quickly summer has gone by! It is literally the second week of August and I feel so cheated! Can you tell by these opening pics how excited I am? (I eventually forced the smiles though…)

I was driving to work the other day and of course I see school buses on the road! Really! So with classes beginning in another week or so and fall fashion already in displays I couldn’t resist the urge to drag out a pair of jeans. Why do I associate jeans and school… Anyway, I have to admit that I really missed wearing them. But I refuse to bust out the boots just yet…
