My personal style inspo has consistently remained the same for quite some time. You can catch some favorite wardrobe capsules I’ve created throughout the seasons here, here and here. They’re made up of easy classics you can pretty much mix and match and style year after year. Today’s weekend wardrobe capsule would honestly be a fantastic addition to my arsenal. While it’s still very cold out we’re fast approaching the spring and some of these pieces are not only practical for the season but they are also quintessential New England style. Most of which can be worn now and still later as the temps begin to rise.
WARDROBE STAPLES:
- The Striped Shirtdress takes the work out of getting dressed. It would go perfect with the V-Neck Cardigan draped over the shoulders for extra warmth.
- This V-Neck Sweater (which honestly, to me looks more like a vest) is fantastic over a button down and the Mid-Rise Straight Jeans. Together they create an effortless and chic look.
- This Poplin Button Down in the beautiful lilac color is just perfect as we head into the spring season. But it’s especially fabulous with any of the striped sweaters draped over it.
- Of course you can never not have a navy jacket especially when it’s a Crew Neck Knit Jacket with lovely gold buttons to give it that high end touch. This little wardrobe piece will definitely give you more bang for your buck!
- And finally, these High Rise Trouser Jeans will elevate your outfit from 0 to 90 in seconds. The trouser jeans are designed with sculpting pockets that smooth, flatter and hold your shape. How bad can that be?
These are just a few of the items I’m looking at to update my weekend wardrobe capsule. These pieces are designed to go off duty and on point taking the guess work out of getting dressed. They are casual with an elevated look. Preppy but not stuffy, classic and updated. I just love everything about this collection.
