As we say goodbye to 2021 we welcome the full winter and ski, snowboard, cross country, ice skating season! Winter typically brings along some dreary days here in the northeast. And for me the best way I know how to beat those winter blues is by getting outside for some fun even when I rather sit by the fire.
Having the right gear makes all the difference when outdoors in the cold. There really isn’t much else that is worse than being super cold when you’re trying so hard to enjoy the outdoors. Believe me when I say I’ve had my share of really dopey winter outfits that did me more harm than good.
