Mandarin Oriental of Boston

I can’t believe it’s December, where did the time go? It was just two weekends ago that we drove up to Boston and it already feels like months ago. We took the 1.5 hour drive up north and stayed at the fabulous Mandarin Oriental of Boston where we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The fact that the hotel is pet-friendly was a major plus for us!

When Mandarin Oriental of Boston asked us to come out for a visit I couldn’t pass up on the offer to get pampered in the newly renovated hotel in the Bay Back area of the city. An intimately luxurious hotel, Mandarin Oriental of Boston combines classic New England elegance with a refined Oriental flare.

After check-in, (Gloria had her own check-in area too!) we were welcomed with a fabulous family suite! A deluxe room with king bed (newly renovated) largest luxury room, walk-in shower and separate bath, connecting to Gloria’s premier deluxe room with two queen beds (also newly renovated) and a walk-in shower with separate bath, both with lovely courtyard residential views.

To say there was more than enough room for the three of us is an understatement! Gloria was in all her glory as she got to enjoy having a giant flat-screen TV all to herself (she’s not allowed to have a TV in her room back home) and she also had Coco to keep her company for the night. She had her own giant full bathroom-spa all to herself, (she’s already requesting an update to her bathroom back home) with all the amenities and mirrors a girl can possibly need at arm’s reach!

The hotel amenities include Boston’s only holistic Five-Star awarded spa and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. A short 15-minute drive from Logan International Airport, Mandarin Oriental of Boston connects guests to the city’s finest shopping, cultural venues and business institutions from its prime location in the heart of Boston’s chic Back Bay on Boylston Street.

The Mandarin Oriental of Boston is a luxury 5 star hotel that boasts everything you need for a local getaway. From comfortable beds, (and robes), premium bathroom amenities to a luxurios holistic spa and fantastic room service. Seriously, this hotel gave no reason and at all to leave. But if you’re interested in exploring the local area, the hotel is located in the chic Bay Back area of Boston literally within walking distance to many of the finest shops, cultural venues and restaraunts.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the valet service took great care of our vehicle, the bellmen were helpful and ready at a moment’s notice, check-in was easy and everyone was ready to answer our questions including early check-in and late check-out, and of course room service was fantastic. Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston was such a great experience and we look forward to visiting again!

Boston is quite easy to get to and I regret I don’t visit as often I should. It is literally chock full of history with iconic architecture and charm, it’s a wonder I haven’t spent more time in this beautiful New Enlgand city. But I’m glad during our visit we had the opportunity to explore the city via the Boston Trolley. We saw many of the beautiful landmarks on our tour which was narrated by the driver with stories that were both entertaining and meaningful.

Many thanks to Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group & PR team for hosting this fantastic getaway! As always, all views are genuine and 100% my own.
