We’re literally less than a week away from the official start to Spring but you wouldn’t know it by the weather we’ve been having as of late. Snowing like crazy and very cold temps! But that doesn’t deter us from enjoying our ice cream, even if by the fire! Grater’s Ice Cream has become a favorite brand since our first encounter. My daughter and I had a fireside sitting extravaganza recently sampling the new flavors. She picked Dark Chocolate Brownie while I sat and enjoyed giant spoonfuls of S’mores!
