I’m sad to say we’ve had somewhat of a cool summer so far this year. Combine that with rain and it’s the perfect recipe for a fall day (and frizzy hair!). Most times I don’t mind rainy days in the summer because I find them to be refreshing and it forces me to slow down and just chill. It was late morning, low temps and a misty rain that wouldn’t subside, so I busted out this anorak.
I absolutely LOVE my raincoat! It has all the elements I look for in outerwear. Although totally lined, it’s surprisingly lightweight, waterproof and comfy. Drawstrings everywhere for easy adjustment, hooded and a super flattering cinched waist! I also love the zipper and snap button combo. The yellow color, one of four available in this style, is my favorite choice. This is most definitely a classic piece worth having. I’ve linked several other yellow anoraks to choose from.
One other thing I’ve noticed this season is that I’ve been living in tees more than usual. I swear they’re the best things ever when you’re not sure what to throw on! I added this linen one to my collection and I love it. It’s relaxed and soft with a chic fit. When in doubt a tee will do!
