Back to Routine with Whole Foods Market

We still have a little ways to go before the official start of fall but as we approach Labor Day Weekend you might as well call it what it is. As the summer winds down, it’s time for us to get back into our routines and out of vacation mode. The kids are back to school and I go back to routine.Easy and delicious cheese board! It’s been a great summer to say the least but I am ready and excited to welcome the new season. I’ve partnered with Whole Foods Market to help me celebrate getting back into my routine post summer. Whole Foods has everything you need from snacks, fruits, cheeses and wines* to help you unwind at the end of the week and get back into the swing of things. The best part is the wonderful sales going on right now for these awesome products and more! I’ve arranged this delicious and easy to prepare spread of cheeses and crackers and fruits for a lovely wine-down with the family. It’s my favorite way to sit and relax and bond with the kids and the Mr. after a very busy week. It’s also our way of catching up with everyone’s schedules, mishaps or plans without too much fuss.  The folks at Whole Foods Market made it sooo easy for me to put this spread together. They were incredibly helpful with ideas and suggestions for cheeses, crackers and spreads. The Kerrygold Dubliner Irish Cheese is amazing! If you’re like me and love cheddar this is the one. It’s tangy and smooth and delicious. I paired my cheeses with organic Bartlett Pears, Grapes and Figs. For the meats I chose Vincenza Chorizo and Prosciutto and both were amazing, a bit salty and spicy and goes great with the Roth Kase Buttermilk Blue. The bottle of Louis Jadot Beaujolais is smooth, slightly fruity and oh sooo good, perfect for the spread! Whole Foods makes it so easy to get back into routine with the fabulous choices available in their organic fruits section as well as the cheese and deli meats isle.

Creating a board like this is quite simple: gather your favorite snacks of crackers or crusty breads (sliced & toasted is preferred), cheeses of choice, (several types is best, from soft to hard), fruits and berries, olives and jams or preserves. Add a bottle (or two) of your favorite sparkler or wine and you’re all set! Setting time to relax and enjoy the little things with the ones you love is priceless, do it more often.

How do you get back to routine?
