Hello friends, I hope your week is great so far. I’m back with another fabulous recap of my recent trip to Red Door Spa for an intense body treatment that I know you will love!
As a Red Door Ambassador last week I was treated to yet another body treatment courtesy of our local Red Door Spa located in quaint Mystic, CT. What I didn’t know was that I would end up wrapped in what looked like astronaut material that made me look like I was ready for the oven!
I was welcomed as usual by the lovely ladies of the Red Door team and then ushered to my own little private room/hideaway. You have no idea as to how badly I needed this body treatment. My house is currently in a beautiful state of chaos due to remodeling projects (more on that to follow) and I so looked forward to the Signature Stress Melter Ritual. I have to say this was by far the most wonderful and intense body treatment I’ve had done!
This treatment consists of an amazing integration of soothing body services to knock out whatever little kinks you may have! Starting with the Olive oil skin softening scrub, literally from my neck all the way down to my toes, it left my skin glistening.
For me scent is everything and the scrub was followed by an aromatic therapeutic foil body wrap. I laid there and just relished every single second of the most delicious scents. The next step of the body treatment was a full massage, and I mean full, from my head (literally a scalp and facial massage) all the way down to my toes. It seriously helped melt my stress leaving me once again limber and with a rebalanced spirit!
