Mod Henley Shirtdress

Hello friends and welcome back! Have I mentioned before how much I LOVE shirt dresses? I think that would be understatement to say the least. I wore this outfit for my first full day during NYFW. Believe me when I tell you comfort is everything! I did a lot of running around and the dress lived up to it’s versatility. I love the sleek design and the long sleeves which are perfect for the fall season. The hemline is on point with my new leopard pumps and will be fantastic when paired with boots later. And how about this teal color? It’s such a great tone for the new season, isn’t it? I love it! 

I found one other shirt dress and will post on it later but for now I hope this one serves as inspiration for what to wear in the coming season. I’ve had these Target dupes for about three years and I finally had to throw them away because they were basically falling apart. Let me tell you, my new ones are super comfy and much classier. They go with just about anything you throw on, a little pricier than the dupes but so worth the investment! 

Fun fact; it is sooo much easier and ‘acceptable’ to do photo shoots in NYC than here in CT! Can’t you tell? Seriously you guys, I was never more at ease while taking pictures than in NYC. New England has to lighten up a bit and let bloggers do their job while out in the streets doing photo ops!
