So we actually made it past 70 degrees! Then I realized when taking photos in the sun you tend to sweat a bit. Thank goodness I had quite a lot of pictures to pick from. These happen to be the ones without the sweat beads on my forehead. But I ain’t complaining, I’m happy to love this weather!

This eyelet dress couldn’t have come at a better time. I’m currently on the hunt for dresses to wear to my son’s graduation ceremonies and events coming up next month and this one made the cut. I love the eyelet detail throughout the dress. Although I worried at first that the hem line would make me look too matronly, the simple cut drapes very nicely. And did I mention that Serenity is the other Pantone color of the year? I’m not a big fan of baby blue hues but I found this one quite pretty and it’s very universal. While in the dressing room trying it on there were two other women trying it on too, a blonde and an african american and we all looked at each other and said, yup, this is the one…
