[yumprint-recipe id=’65’]Creamy Parmesan Orzo with Brussel Sprouts and Cranberries. I usually make orzo pasta as a salad during the summer but this time I wanted to bring it to the winter dinner table. I accomplished that by adding simple winter veggies, fruits and nuts. If you’re not a fan of brussels sprouts don’t fret because by shredding it and cooking it with garlic it really reduces it’s cabbagey flavor.
