As you may have already guessed, the weather in Connecticut has been crazy! I took these photos just a few short days ago when the temps reached the high 60’s! Imagine that, 60 plus degrees in mid-November when just a couple years back we were blessed with a major snow storm right before Holloween! Anywho, I’m loving it!
FYI, I took the photos in both directions of the side street while the sun was quickly fading…
Now on to this fabulous dress. My husband gave me this dress as a gift three years ago. At the time I didn’t like it and I would’ve felt horrible if I returned it so I just tucked it away in the closet. Fast forward and all of a sudden I’m in desperate need of a ‘brownish’ color dress when, voila, I remembered I had it. I literally removed the tags and slid right into it. So I’m guessing my weight hasn’t changed much, (and not in a good way)…
I now LOVE my ‘new’ shimmer dress. Doesn’t it make for a fabulous dinner attire! This is a perfect example of when certain designer brands are worth the investment. Ralph Lauren dresses epitomizes timeless couture and this one obviously hasn’t lost it’s chicness! I can’t wait to wear it again for my next dinner party!
