White Lace and a Friend

Have I mentioned before how much I love white lace? Last year I posted this look and talked about how pretty white lace is and what it reminds me of. This year not only did I post this white lace look but here I am again talking about the same skirt.

When I love something, particularly clothes, I wear the heck out of it! I mean, don’t you? That’s what you’re supposed to do right? The thing is, and I hate to admit it, I’ve actually bought outfit pieces that I’ve put away and then forgot I had them, that’s pretty sad, isn’t it! The irony… Luckily this isn’t one of them. This skirt is so sweet I thought I’d share another simple look with a slight touch of glam. Besides, who doesn’t love a little halter in the summertime…

This is also Coco’s first photo shoot. Unfortunately she wasn’t cooperating much, can’t ya tell… Unlike her mommy she could care less for the camera. She’s a great little dog though and most people when they first see her love to stop and pet her. Although a tad on the shy end she’ll let you pet her anyway. She’s a mixed breed of Chihuahua and Maltese. I guess Chihuahuas are barking dogs but fortunately Coco isn’t. She’s awesomely quiet and only barks when there’s something of interest. Her fur is incredibly soft and she doesn’t shed, the perfect pet!

It was a super hot day so we wrapped things up rather quickly. After, we grabbed a nice lunch nearby and lots of ice cream. All in all it wasn’t too shabby…
