If you should find yourself with impromptu dinner plans this would be a great appetizer to make! I just can’t say enough about the ease and the amount of flavor that these crostinis deliver. I love to use ingredients that are readily available, not to mention how easily you can get these done!
You end up with a fantastic mix of savory, from the sourdough bread and rosemary, slight saltiness from the cheeses and a silky sweetness that only the fig spread and honey combined can create. Just talking about them makes my mouth watery!
