Back to school shopping literally means the end of summer for me. The days are already shorter and the temperatures have begun to dip near sundown. All that’s missing are the school buses on the roads. I’m sad to say the summer has come to an unofficial end…
This year we began our back to school shopping with a fun visit to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Although we’re not huge sports fanatics, Dick’s offers a fantastic variety of school must haves for everyday wear. Glor will be busy once again with gymnastics and soccer and finding easy to wear outfits to run around in was a snap at Dick’s.
Glor’s first outfit is from the girls Nike collection. I love how the camo hooded pullover in brushed fleece gives her comfort and warmth. The longer back hem adds extra coverage and cute style. We paired her casual look with the sportswear pants. Complete with an adjustable drawcord for a custom fit and lined pockets these offer comfort and coverage from play to practice.
The second outfit comes straight out of the girls Adidas collection. The cropped short sleeved sweatshirt is a favorite and a back to school must have! It’s an easy lightweight layer that features a modern silhouette. Comes in four other popular colors and is a great layer for to and from practice. We completed her outfit with these super cute Adidas tights. Made with soft jersey fabric and flat seaming so she can move in total comfort. The color blocking lends a nice contrast to the striking logo on the leg. Also available in two other color combos.
