Slipping into Spring Florals

Happy Monday friends! I’m happy because it finally decided to warm up here in Connecticut. Last week it was all sorts of cold, dreary and wet days that seemed like the sun would never come out. I can finally start wearing dresses and bare legs! I picked up this simple floral slip dress for an event and I gotta tell you it’s worth all $24! Day or evening it makes for a great Spring transition from the darker shades of winter. Navy blue background with subtle baby blues and yellow is such a great combo. My velvet strap heels are actually from Target but they’re no longer available. You may still find them at your local store, but I highly doubt it as it has been out of stock for quite some time. I linked these exact ones online and they come in various Spring colors and patterns. I’m really liking the soft blue color which is different from most shades of shoes I have. It’s a nice touch of pastel. 

You can also still find my Chloé dupe suede and leather cross body for sooo much less! It comes in four other colors of which I’m really crushing on the pink. It’s the season’s IT bag!
