How can one say “No” to an invite to a palatial oceanic setting, fantastic food and drink and a beautiful succession of the latest in nautical themed fashion! I’m talking about the annual Angela Moore Fashion show at Rosecliff!

Last week I had the opportunity to be among one of the nicest fashion events held locally. The Angela Moore Fashion Show was held in one of Newport, RI’s famous “cottages,” The Rosecliff mansion. This year’s event coincided with Newport’s 375th Anniversary and the celebration couldn’t have been more beautiful! The show had a nautical theme that is representative of what coastal living is all about. From resort to moonlight magic, the atmosphere was more than words can say; lively, colorful and absolutely beautiful.
I had the pleasure of meeting some wonderfully creative people and I learned a lot about the behind the scenes. Angela Moore was an absolute doll and after the show she invited us all over to her shop on Bellevue Ave for more champagne & treats and for a peak at her cashmere trunk show. Aside from the fact that my pretty summer stripes dress got super wrinkled, I had an absolutely lovely day!
